Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Reloop Threads website and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Reloop Threads is a wholesale supplier of upcycled and reworked clothing, based in Karachi, Pakistan. Contact: info@reloopthreads.com.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and are for the lot or pack shown in the listing. We may correct pricing or listing errors and will contact you if this affects your order. Because many of our pieces are one of a kind, stock is limited and we may be unable to fulfil an order if an item is no longer available. In that case we will let you know.

Lots, sizes and condition

Lots are described in the listing with a piece count and photos or video. Items are graded, and visible defects are shown or described. Lots usually include a mix of sizes unless the listing says otherwise. See our Quality and Grading page.

Upcycled items and brand names

Our upcycled items are reworked by Reloop Threads from existing garments. They are not new and are not official merchandise. Reloop Threads is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand named in a listing. Brand names are used only to describe the original garment.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods shown there.

Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination.

Claims

If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. See our Returns and Claims Policy.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, photos and videos, belongs to Reloop Threads or is used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your order.
