We ship from our head office in Karachi, Pakistan, to buyers around the world.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 10 to 14 days. Delivery times vary by destination and can be affected by customs and courier delays.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. If your order is very large (over 100 kg), please contact us for a quote before ordering.

Tracking

Every parcel is shipped by international courier with a tracking number, which we send to you once your order ships.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes depend on your destination. In some destinations, such as Norway and Switzerland, duties and taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Address accuracy

Please check that your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, contact us within 3 days of receiving it, with photos or video. See our Returns and Claims Policy.
