How We Work

Reloop Threads sells upcycled and reworked clothing in wholesale lots. Here is how an order works from start to finish.

1. Browse our lots

Every listing shows the piece count, price and photos or video of the items. Lots are shown as they are, so please review the images and video before you order.

2. Choose your lot, online or by video call

You can order directly on the website. If you prefer to choose with our team, message us on WhatsApp at +92 334 0760811 and we will arrange a live video call where we show you the available lots. See our Handpick Video Appointment page.

3. Place your order

Add your lot to the cart and check out. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Quality and grading

We grade our stock and tell you about every grade and any visible defects in the descriptions, photos and video. Read more on our Quality and Grading page.

5. Packing and shipping

We pack your order at our Karachi head office and ship it by international courier with a tracking number. Estimated delivery is 10 to 14 days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Receive and check your parcel

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If something is wrong, contact us within 3 days of receiving it. See our Returns and Claims Policy.
